1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the standards governing access to and use of LED Architect Pro™ ("Service"), including all websites, web applications, desktop applications, cloud services, APIs, databases, artificial intelligence features, documentation, and related services operated by XTRA LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that LED Architect Pro™ remains a secure, reliable, professional, and collaborative engineering platform for the audiovisual, live event, entertainment, broadcast, architectural display, digital signage, and systems integration industries.
This Policy forms part of the LED Architect Pro™ Terms & Conditions and applies to every individual and organization using the Service.

LED Architect Pro™ is built upon five core principles:

Users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with these principles when using the Service.
3. Permitted Uses
Subject to your subscription and these Policies, you may use LED Architect Pro™ for legitimate purposes including:

- Pixel mapping
- Resolution planning
- Signal routing
- Power planning
- Rack planning
- Equipment selection
Documentation
- Project documentation
- Engineering reports
- CAD exports
- Equipment schedules
- Processor mapping
- Client presentations
- Installation documentation
Education
- Technical training
- Classroom instruction
- Certification programs
- Research
- Engineering demonstrations
Business Operations
- Project management
- Equipment inventory
- Proposal development
- Sales engineering
- Workflow planning
- Technical consulting
4. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to:
- Maintain accurate account information.
- Protect login credentials.
- Use strong passwords.
- Enable multi-factor authentication where available.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Use the platform professionally.
- Verify engineering calculations before implementation.
- Report security vulnerabilities responsibly.
- Cooperate with legitimate investigations relating to misuse.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not use LED Architect Pro™ to engage in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
The following activities are prohibited.
5.1 Illegal Activity. Users shall not use the Service to:
- Violate applicable law.
- Facilitate criminal conduct.
- Commit fraud.
- Launder money.
- Evade sanctions.
- Circumvent export controls.
- Engage in deceptive business practices.
5.2 Unauthorized Access. Users shall not:
- Access accounts belonging to others.
- Attempt to bypass authentication.
- Escalate privileges.
- Exploit vulnerabilities.
- Circumvent licensing restrictions.
- Attempt unauthorized penetration testing.
- Interfere with platform security.
5.3 Malware. Users may not upload, distribute, transmit, or store:
- Viruses
- Worms
- Trojan horses
- Ransomware
- Spyware
- Malicious scripts
- Malicious macros
- Harmful executables
5.4 Disruption of Service. Users shall not intentionally:
- Overload servers.
- Launch denial-of-service attacks.
- Interfere with system availability.
- Abuse APIs.
- Generate excessive automated traffic.
- Circumvent rate limits.
5.5 Intellectual Property Violations. Users shall not:
- Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Misappropriate trade secrets.
- Infringe patents.
- Misuse trademarks.
- Redistribute proprietary engineering databases without permission.
5.6 Fraudulent Engineering. Users shall not knowingly submit or distribute:
- False engineering calculations.
- Fraudulent manufacturer specifications.
- Altered safety certifications.
- Misleading processor capacities.
- Fabricated technical documentation.
- False compliance reports.
5.7 Unsafe Engineering Practices. LED Architect Pro™ is intended to improve engineering quality—not bypass professional judgment.
Users shall not intentionally use the Service to create or distribute engineering documentation that they know to be unsafe, fraudulent, or materially misleading.
Examples include:
- Deliberately understating electrical loads.
- Falsifying structural assumptions.
- Ignoring manufacturer limitations.
- Misrepresenting ballast requirements.
- Falsifying processor capacities.
- Misrepresenting safety factors.
5.8 Harassment. Users shall not use the Service to:
- Harass others.
- Threaten individuals.
- Bully users.
- Discriminate unlawfully.
- Promote hate speech.
- Intimidate employees or customers.
Professional disagreement is acceptable. Personal attacks are not.
5.9 Impersonation. Users shall not impersonate:
- Another user.
- A manufacturer.
- XTRA LLC.
- A government agency.
- A client.
- A licensed engineer.
- A certification authority.
5.10 Spam. Users shall not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Harvest email addresses.
- Generate spam.
- Promote scams.
- Conduct phishing campaigns.
6. Artificial Intelligence Usage
Users remain responsible for all content submitted to or generated by AI-powered features.
Users shall not use AI features to:
- Generate fraudulent engineering reports.
- Circumvent licensing restrictions.
- Produce malicious software.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as certified engineering.
- Create misleading safety documentation.
- Generate unlawful content.
AI recommendations must always be independently reviewed.
7. Data Integrity
Users are encouraged to help maintain the quality of engineering information.
Where users contribute manufacturer specifications, equipment information, templates, or engineering data, they should make reasonable efforts to ensure that such information is accurate, current, and properly attributed.
Knowingly submitting false technical information may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Community Standards
If LED Architect Pro™ provides collaboration features, forums, shared templates, or community resources, users agree to:
- Be respectful.
- Share knowledge constructively.
- Credit original authors.
- Avoid inflammatory behavior.
- Report abusive conduct.
- Respect confidential information.
Professional collaboration strengthens the community and improves the quality of engineering resources.
9. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Policy, including:
- Security vulnerabilities.
- Fraudulent engineering data.
- Intellectual property infringement.
- Abuse of AI systems.
- Harassment.
- Unauthorized access.
- Malware.
- Copyright violations.
Reports should be submitted through official support channels.
Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities will be handled under the Company's Security & Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
10. Enforcement
Where the Company reasonably believes this Policy has been violated, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove offending content.
- Restrict specific functionality.
- Suspend user accounts.
- Revoke API access.
- Terminate subscriptions.
- Notify affected users.
- Preserve evidence.
- Report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
Enforcement actions will generally be proportionate to the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.
11. Appeals
Users who believe enforcement action was taken in error may contact XTRA LLC through official support channels.
The Company will review appeals in good faith; however, all enforcement decisions remain within the Company's reasonable discretion.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect:
- Changes in technology.
- New platform features.
- Security developments.
- Industry best practices.
- Changes in applicable law.
Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, including the Service or our website.
Continued use of LED Architect Pro™ after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
