Unless expressly disclosed and permitted by applicable agreements, User Content submitted through LED Architect Pro™ is not used by XTRA LLC to train publicly available general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Where third-party AI providers process requests, such processing is subject to contractual safeguards and the provider's applicable privacy commitments.
5.5 Engineering Responsibility. No AI-generated recommendation constitutes:
- licensed engineering advice;
- structural engineering approval;
- electrical engineering approval;
- code compliance certification;
- safety certification;
- manufacturer approval;
- professional consulting services.
Users remain solely responsible for all engineering decisions.
